En error has occured

Hello. Sorry for my brokne english, i'll try to explain at my best.
I think i made a mistake and now broken toolbox.
Here's what happened.
I download and installed Toolbox (alternative version worked for me), then requested a license and got the e-mail. I installed the license and nothing happened. Then i remembered, that i already had installed diagbox v. 7.XX
I uninstalled it using file "DiagBox Uninstall and Cleaner.exe" that was going with that Diagbox installer. It uninstalled and cleared all the tails from 7.XX version but probably deleted something important from version 9.
After that i couldn't even start v. 9, because of having this error. I tried to delete all the files, tried the file Diagbox9cleaner-psadiag-v6.bat which i found at this forum but it doesn't work.
I tried to re-install but all the time i have this error.

I'm not sure about what is currently happening with PSA DIAG TOOLBOX application but on my side it doesn't even launch.
I guess a technical issue is running as I tested the application on several machines without figuring it out.
Lucky you recieved the license so you can download and install any version of DiagBox and activate it
Be careful to not reinstal your operating system or change the motherboard of your computer otherwise license won't work!
I've opened a stream in French about the issue with PSA DIAG TOOLBOX, hopping it will help. viewtopic.php?t=776
In the meantime you can still use DiagBox 9.124 in VM https://psa-diag.fr/diagbox/Diagbox-vm.php

To fix your trouble, you should reinstall Toolbox from scratch as it was updated today

I used Diagbox9cleaner-psadiag-v6.bat again, then installed from the new installer and it works!

When I opened the PSA DIAG TOOLBOX program today, an error occurred. I guess the latest version needs to be installed! But the MEGA download link is too hard for me to use! 1FICHIER.COM download link! Give the team a suggestion: PSA DIAG TOOLBOX online update function, so you don't have to download it frequently! Thanks for the contribution of the whole team!

I used Diagbox9cleaner-psadiag-v6.bat again, then installed from the new installer and it works!

Hello Diagbox9cleaner-psadiag-v6.bat is now outdated, it does not allow to uninstall the toolbox.

To uninstall Diagbox you have to use the cleaner in the toolbox, it is able to clean all versions of diagbox, we have done a lot of work on it

With that erroe i couldn't even use the cleaner, because all toolbox didn't work at all.
