error DiagBox_End

Hello, i've installed diagbox software a few times with toolbox with no problems, but today the first time i open diagbox it says 

''Windows cannot find 'C:/Temp /Diagbox_End.exe''  

can you help me? thank you.

After a few attempts installing/uninstalling it works.
