Error when the telecode key is pressed

Hello. First of all, thank you for your efforts.
I have installed Diagbox version 9.146 from your Psa Diag Toolbox program. I also downloaded the license code with the link that came to my email address and installed it. I have a full version lexia with C code. When I want to make telecoding to my vehicle, it gives an error with this code. That's why I can't do coding. The Internet was turned off before diagbox was turned on. I would be very happy if you could help. Thanks.
