DiagBox Toolbox not working for PCs in domain

Hi,
sorry that I write in English (my French is yet not sufficient for this
)
I have recognized that DiagBox Toolbox for my PCs which are part of a domain is not working. There the message "Error: An Error has occured" come up when trying to start it. In same PC but within VM without Domain it works without problems (but there of course no HWID can be retrieved).
Do you know a solution for this behaviour?
