PSA DIAG TOOLBOX to update9.146

When I use PSA DIAG TOOLBOX to upgrade 9.146, the download and installation of it are smooth, but when I disconnect the Internet and run it, it will prompt an error! I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it many times, but the problem remains! I also ran Diagbox under the guidance of the PSA DIAG team_ FIX.exe to try to solve, but still the same problem! I tried to reinstall version 9.143 again, and it switched to normal! I have no choice! What should I do about this problem? Look forward to the help of psa diag team and all its members!

I tried to disable the local network device, but it didn't work.

bonsoir,
il suffit de copier l'adresse internet du bloc note et la coller sur ta barre de recherche de ton navigateur.

Bonsoir , merci beaucoup pour votre réponse rapide : j'avais essayé sur l'ordi dédié au diag > il doit y avoir un pb ?? car avec l'autre pc j'ai bien le lien actif

Hi there,
When I install the downloaded software from the PSA Server and install it installs OK but when trying to run it gives error on path for log file and "Client request not received"
Can you help please - I have paid for a token and now I cannot use it
