Configuration problem via Diagbox BSI

Today I bought a Lexia 3 Wifi diagnostic device and was going to activate the cornering light feature of my Peugeot 3008 2017 model vehicle via Diagbox 9.150 software (via BSI). However, there are 2 options in the Configuration section. One is viewing and the other is editing. When I try to enter editing, I get the following error:
When I click on the first option, I can only view the settings but I cannot change them. I should be able to do this from the 2nd option, but when I click on the 2nd option, I get the error above. They said in the forum that it works when they turn off the internet and try, but when I turn off the internet and try, I get the "No Internet Connection" error. What should I do, how can I edit?
I am watching videos on Youtube, a friend of mine is using version 9.146 and activates the cruise control feature. That friend also directly selects Manual Configuration instead of 2 options and can edit it as he wants when he clicks on it. How can I do it?
