Solving the problem of Chinese-made diagnostics

I recently purchased a diagnostic on a Chinese online shopping site, model 921815C, and the diagnostic is not recognized by the computer after connecting it to the computer via a serial to USB cable.
At first I thought it was a hardware problem, but after confirming it, it's because the diagnostic is not the full chip version, so I need to ask the seller for a copy of the special version of the diagbox. if you find that your VCI is not recognized correctly and your diagnostic is purchased from china, you can dismantle your diagnostic and compare it with the photo of my diagnostic, if the PCB of your diagnostic is very much similar to mine. Then you may want to try what I said... 8-)
Lastly, please prioritize buying the all-chip version, which reduces a lot of problems.Image
