Toolbox activate doesnt work

At begining i want to say Hello to everybody, because its my first post here .

I have got problem with Diag Toolbox like on screenshots - license activated, files copied to the right folders and still no valid license.
What i did wrong?

I dont think this is the problem - it have nothing common with LICENSE.
If System wrong - there could be a million total different erros thank LICENSE.

As well- in official topic of this software ppl ask about Windows 7, and they get answer - yes,  its working on.

PS. Seriously? Nobody could help?
